1. is there any payment plan?
yes, we have installment plan options ranging from 3 to 24 months, based on availability.
2. what type of infrastructure will the company provide?
perimeter fencing, good road network, gate house, recreational facility, smart infrastructure, green area, drainage system, security, electricity, water works, street light, etc
3. when will my plot(s)/house be allocated to me?
immediately after the 100% payment for the land/house and documentation processed and received.
4. what do I get after the completion of payment for the land/house?
sales invoice, receipt, survey plan and deed of conveyance.
5. do i get to be issued a CofO for my land/house purchase?
not all of our estates have a CofO, but we are well able to help clients process individual CofO after purchase if they so demand it.
6. who foots the bill for inspections/site visits?
this is a 100% responsibility of the company for all first land buyers and inspections, as we have readily available SUV vehicles for all site inspections, subsequent inspection cost is to be borne by the client.
7. Is there any extra cost required to have a corner piece plot?
yes, corner piece attracts a 25% surcharge.
8. what does it take to acquire a commercial plot?
commercial plots are available on request and availability.
9. can I start construction or building on the land now?
you can start building on the land after physical allocation and payment of the stipulated survey fee and development levy.
10. Is the road to the estate motorable?
yes the road to the estate is motorable.
12. can I re-sell my plot/property?
a subscriber can resell his/her property, however a notice letter of transfer of ownership should be written to bamboo real estate and construction limited and transfer fee is applicable.
14. what is the size of a plot?
while we won’t discredit anyone, we strongly advice that cash transfers be made only to BAMBOO REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION LIMITED bank accounts, otherwise, cheque should be issued in favour of same said account. note: we will not accept responsibility for any liability that may arise as a result of deviation from the above instruction.
